Budvar Tank Beer, or Tankové Pivo as they say in the Czech Republic, comes direct from the cellars in Budweis to your glass.
Budvars 700-year long tradition of brewing Budějovice beer means it takes 102 days to brew and condition Budweiser Budvar. About 7 times longer than most other beers. Every single day helps to fine tune those flavours.
The flavours of Budvar are louder because it is unpasteurised. It remains fresh because it is delivered in temperature controlled tanks, and the mouthfeel is smooth because the tanks are airtight and no air touches the beer.
In fact the only thing that is missing is the smell of the Moravian malt from the Brewhouse. And you don’t even have to leave The Viking Pub & Bakehouse to taste it!
